The Alzheimer's Association is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. The Delaware Valley Chapter offers: information and referrals, 24-Hour Contact Center/Helpline: 800-272-3900, care consultations, support groups, free community education and fee-for-service professional training through the Learning Academy, speakers for presentations, newsletters, MedicAlert + Safe Return Program, multicultural outreach, special events, and advocacy.
