Regular Membership (eligible residents only)

Upon completion of the online application you will receive a temporary PAC registration number. With that number, you will be able to place up to 5 items on request via the online catalog. Please visit the library location you selected during the application process within 60 days to activate your card to receive full services; access to books, thousands of streaming movies, databases, OverDrive digital collections and more. We ask that you bring government issued photo identification and proof of residency, alongside military identification if applicable.

Educator Membership

Educators who teach in communities that pay the Burlington County dedicated library tax, and who wish to borrow library materials, may apply for an Educator Card. Upon completion of the online application, we will email your library card number within 48 hours. Cards will be processed and mailed to the teacher’s school. The card will be activated upon proof of continued employment in person at any library location. We ask that you bring government issued photo identification and proof of employment.

In-Person Application (all applicants)

To join the library, bring photo identification to verify your name and current address, and military identification if applicable.  Cards are issued and borrowing privileges are extended at the time of your application.

Non-residents and members of exempt communities (Mount Laurel, Moorestown and Willingboro) may apply for a library card in person. Payment must be made when application is submitted.

Teachers and educators who live in exempt communities may apply for an Institutional Card for access to online teaching resources.
