Emergency and Community Services provides assistance to Burlington County residents that are experiencing hunger, homelessness, or that are at risk of homelessness. Assistance is provided on a short term crisis basis only.

Services administered by the case management staff include emergency food; emergency shelter; NJ Share utility assistance; rent/mortgage/first month’s rent assistance; 24 hour homeless hotline; recycled clothing and household items; advocacy; information and referral; holiday programs; mobile eye van quarterly; free income tax preparation services.
