Not only is September National Voter Registration Month, but September 22 is National Voter Registration Day. There is no better way to celebrate than to register and then vote in the general election! Not sure if you previously registered to vote? Follow this link to find out. Need to register to vote? Visit Burlington County’s web page dedicated to voter registration.

While the general election is scheduled for November 3, you have the chance to vote as early as the beginning of October. New Jersey Govenor Phil Murphy issued an executive order stating that all active registered voters will receive a ballot by mail. It is extremely important that you mail your ballot as soon as possible. While the deadline for ballots returned by mail has been extended to mail postmarked with the date of Nov. 3, you do not want to risk your vote not being counted. If you still want to vote in person, you can find your polling location here.
