A non-profit fuel buyers group for heating oil consumers throughout the state. NJCOG provides savings on home heating oil. The Oil Group also provides information and assistance to consumers on a wide variety of energy issues: from gas and electric conversions to heating equipment upgrades; from conservation tips to the effects of utility deregulation.
