Sheltering in place, quarantine, stay inside are the new overly used vocabulary terms these days. All these words allude to people spending more time thinking about, dealing with and trying to amend relationships; especially ones that are disconnected or broken. The term getting on eachother’s nerves describes the need for personal space and patience these days.

Surprisingly, our current climate can be a great opportunity to reflect and restore your relationship and the library has a variety of digital resources to explore understanding and healing in a relationship. The five languages are Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time and Physical Touch.  Each one is important and expresses love in it’s own way. Learning your partner's and your own primary love language will help create a stronger bond in your relationship.
