Circulating materials may be reserved in person, by telephone or online. Up to 35 requests may be placed on items found in the Library Catalog. Up to 10 items may be reserved in the eBook Calalog.
Request Item in Library Catalog
- Begin by logging into your account.
- Search the catalog for an item and click the Request Item button.
- Select a pickup location. Items will be mailed to your address if you choose the option "Please mail this to me" when placing a request.
- Customers will be notified via telephone or email when requested material is available. If you'd prefer to pickup sooner, please call your library for faster access
- Items ready for pick up are held for 5 days.
Request Item in Library Catalog to be Mailed
- Library by Mail is a unique way to request items to be delivered from the library, directly to your home, via the U.S. Postal Service. Sometimes it is just not possible to visit the library during open hours to pick-up materials. This service will make requesting and receiving library items a little more convenient! Library materials will only be mailed to cardholders with a Burlington County address.
Request Item in Overdrive Catalog/Libby App
- Download the Libby app or search the Overdrive catalog
- eBook materials can also be found while exploring our online catalog.
- When an ebook is available, you will see the Borrow button. You can immediately checkout and download this title after entering your library card number and PIN.
- Items that have the Place A Hold option, may be placed on hold. You will be prompted for your library card number and PIN.
- You will be notified when the item is available via email.
- Upon receiving an email about the item's availability, log into your account and click Holds under My Account.
- You may check out the item and then proceed to download.
Request Item NOT in Library Collection
- There is a $3.00 handling fee for each item borrowed via our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department.
- Customers will be notified by telephone when an item is available.
- Items ready for pickup are held for 4 days.
- Please note that charges still apply if items are not picked up.
Suggest a Purchase
- Items not in the library catalog may be suggested for purchase
- If the item is selected for purchase, it is generally added to the library's catalog within one month.
