Nothing beats the taste of a juicy peach or a tangy tomato. And with a little planning, a bumper crop from the garden or a full basket from the farm market can become a delicious treat during the winter months!

Let them say what they want about New Jersey.
We know it’s the Garden State for a reason! Lucky for us, Burlington County has an impressive number of roadside stands and pick-your-own farms.

Fresh produce abounds during summer months, but come winter, we’ll miss the taste of berries, cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. Why not enjoy blueberry jam, spicy pickles, and homemade marinara in the middle of February?

Remember, preserving summer fruits and veggies now will allow you to enjoy a variety fresh flavors when there’s snow on the ground!
